By using the Poop Scoop Discord bot (the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Bot and any related services provided by the owner ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Bot.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, including the requirement to be 13 years of age or older. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The Bot collects user IDs to store and retrieve game data for a personalized experience. This data is used solely for gameplay purposes and is not shared with third parties. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete all data associated with your user ID.
Users agree to: • Use the Bot in compliance with Discord's guidelines and policies. • Report issues or complaints via our community server or by email at thomas@poopscoop.lol. Prohibited behaviors include: • Exploiting or abusing the Bot in any way. • Engaging in activities that violate applicable laws or harm the Bot's functionality.
The Bot offers premium features through subscriptions and one-time in-app transactions. All purchases are for digital content and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or errors in functionality.
You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at thomas@poopscoop.lol or via Discord. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Bot for violations of these Terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Terms of Service page at poopscoop.lol/terms. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States. Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United States.
